Privacy.

The room exists so names and numbers do not travel. This is the public account of that rule.

What we collect

Name, direct contact details, title, company, registry number, geography, side, proof of fit, voucher if any, and any I have or I want card you file.

Why

To decide whether you belong in the room, verify your role, and hand-match anonymised cards. We do not sell lists or run advertising pixels.

Who sees what

The desk sees the full file. A counterparty sees only an anonymised card until both sides opt in. Names and numbers move after NDA.

Retention and rights

Declined applications are retained only as needed to avoid repeat review, then deleted. A member may pull a card in one message and may ask to access, correct or erase their information, subject to live obligations.
