This site is an application gate and a protocol, not an offer of securities and not a public listing of any company.

Membership is discretionary. We may refuse or remove anyone without giving a market-facing reason.

You apply as yourself. You do not file a book you do not control. Brokers without a named principal are refused.

Cards are confidential. You will not republish a card, name a counterparty, or confirm that a person is in the room.

An introduction is not advice, valuation, or a recommendation to buy or sell. You take your own counsel.

Fees, if any, are agreed separately in writing. This site does not set a price for an introduction.

English law applies, without prejudice to Channel Island members agreeing a local seat in a later mandate letter.
